Biobased compounds : Sinapic Acid and Canolol

Antioxidant compounds

During the research projects that led to the creation of OleoInnov, the Company’s founding team developed and patented a process for producing biobased compounds (Patent WO2017072450A1). This process meets the growing demands of the health markets for new natural compounds made with sustainable processes.

The compounds we produce have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anticarcinogenic properties recognized by scientists.

Our products can also serve as building blocks in green chemistry (e.g. biopolymers).
